Ice Cream Making is an exact science!

So just how do we ensure that our ice cream is made to perfection?

We have sourced out and tried hundreds of different ingredients before finally arriving at the perfect recipe for Mini Melts. When you taste our ice cream and compare it to others, you will find that our super-premium base and all natural flavours make all the difference. We challenge you to try it for yourself!

The only way to achieve the taste that Mini Melts has to offer is by storing our product at –40°C. This creates an outstanding cold sensation while the ice cream melts in your mouth. We have specially designed all of our storage freezers to maintain this ultra low temperature, which eliminates freezer burn and stores Mini Melts at its ideal temperature.

Ice cream conjures emotions of nostalgia, but not all ice creams are created equally. Most are plain and lack depth of flavour; Mini Melts offers something wholly different, it’s colourful, kernel-shaped and is designed to give consumers levels of flavour and enjoyment unparalleled by any other ice cream.

In Canada, Mini Melts are manufactured in Calgary Alberta, made with Canadian ingredients and Canadian labour.

What are Mini Melts?

Mini Melts are delicious kernels of ice cream that have been flash frozen at extremely cold temperatures (-187°C). The use of extremely cold temperatures and our special manufacturing process allows us to lock in all the flavour and taste that you will not find in any other ice cream. Some people call it “Popcorn Ice Cream”, we call it “The Ice Cream Dream”.

What's in it?

Mini Melts ice cream is comparable only to the best ultra premium ice cream products on the market today. Our high cream content delivers a creamy, flavourful taste expected only in super premium ice cream but without any preservatives. However, it’s the unique state of the art processing we use, coupled with the deliciously shaped popcorn morsels that delivers a one-two punch!

How is it Served?

Mini Melts ice cream is served at -40°C in desert cups or waffle bowls and it’s eaten with a spoon! Ever try eating popcorn with a spoon?
